And yet tofu, ginger, garlic, onion, sesame, coriander, lemongrass, chili, fish sauce, soy sauce are just some of the ingredients that blend perfectly together to create the various and succulent regional recipes.

Asian food’s flavors are often strong and intense, but at the same time are delicate and they will make you love the dish you are trying. The spicy is present almost everywhere to enrich the various courses, especially in Korea and in some regions of China (Sichuan) and Thailand (Isan) foods can really test your tongue and mouth. Sweet and sour is commonly used especially in dishes of Chinese origin, which you can find in many countries, especially in Southeast Asia.
